Hotel Quality Suites (Waldorf, USA)

Comfort Suites Waldorf serves a steaming hot free buffet breakfast every morning in the lobby. Breakfast typically consists of bacon, sausages, fresh eggs, apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice coffee, oatmeal, waffles, milk and water which guests say is not only delicious but very filling. The presentation is awesome, too.

The rooms here have been recently refurbished and guests say everything is in mint condition and as good as new. Wi-Fi is solid and reliable, air-conditioning works perfectly, comfortable beddings, lovely modern furniture, clean bathrooms that are clean and equipped with plenty of clean towels and  high-pressure hot water while room amenities are top-notch.

Guests say that the staff here is great. Guests especially speak highly of the reception staff which they say is exceptionally polite, accommodating and super-efficient. The housekeeping and cleaning staff does a great job keeping the hotel immaculately clean.

Guests say that whereas most of the amenities at Comfort Suites Waldorf are clean and well maintained, the swimming pool unfortunately is not. The pool is frequently dirty and the water below the desired temperature despite being as heated pool.

Some guests have reported that the hallway sometimes smells quite bad which they have linked to some guests smoking strange stuff. Moreover guests say the hallway is frequently jam packed with noisy guests including small kids and the noise easily gets to the rooms.

According to guests, some carpets in public spaces such as the hallway and lobby have large visible stains that need urgent removal.
