Majority of the guests were contented with the status of their rooms. Hygiene is highly observed in both the guestrooms and the public areas. All rooms are quiet spacious, well designed and appointed. Some stated the condition of bathrooms as being well-maintained.
Guests were happy with the free parking at hotel. The parking lot is large enough to allow you the freedom to move in and out with your car freely. This is very convenient as the spaces are well secured so you don’t have to worry about your car while at the hotel.
Whether it is in the rooms or the public places, the Wi-Fi connection was very slow. The speeds were also intolerable and heavy users couldn’t be well accommodated. Guests who were working remotely found this to be very problematic.
As the hotel is located beside a busy highway, noise levels can at times get pretty high due to the constant flow of traffic. Rooms facing the road are a bit disadvantaged due to the high levels of noise they experience during nighttimes or early morning.
A few guests were rather disappointed with the condition of the heating system. Some units were operated manually and had faulty fans that emitted a lot of noise when turned on.
