The staff at the Quality Inn Chandler seems to have a knack for making guests feel welcome and at home. Guests describe the staff as friendly and personable yet efficient. Check-in appears to runs smoothly, as does the breakfast service.

Although this hotel is fairly old, many guests seem to be of the opinion that this doesn't detract from the quality of the rooms. The rooms are often described as clean and there appear to be few maintenance issues of any real concern.

Aside from the noisy air-conditioning units, some guests found that the walls between rooms were a little too thin. Other guests comment that they were able to hear some traffic noise, so it does appear that the soundproofing could be improved.
