Hotel Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Chandler Phoenix (Chandler, USA)

Guests liked to good access to major highways from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy for guests to go out or fulfill any smaller shopping needs. The hotel is close enough to both major airports and Phoenix is only 16 miles to go. Most guests found the location convenient, depending on their needs.

Guests travelling with family appreciated especially the king suites which feature two bedrooms. Most guests found the rooms to be clean and well appointed. A full kitchen was another perk many guests found very useful. Though the rooms might show some age, guests overall had good experiences and liked their stay.

Most guests enjoyed the customer service at this location. Helpful and friendly, the front desk took care of them and helped them also with directions or recommendations for the area. Guests reported great interactions also with the food service and housekeeping staff.

The guests had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi network or encountered very slow speed. You might want to use a computer in the business center if you run into this problem.

Guests who had rooms on the upper floor did not like the lack of an elevator. If you have trouble taking stairs or just prefer not to have to take your luggage up a flight of stairs, request a room on the ground floor.

Previous guests felt that the breakfast was not really up to par in quality and was often not replenished in time. Additionally, the breakfast room is small, making the room noisy and making it hard to find a seat.
