The hotel's employees are very welcoming and courteous. Their jovial natures create a friendly environment where guests do not hesitate to make their concerns and requests known. All matters are handled speedily and with great efficiency.

The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the US/Mexican border. There are very many pubs and restaurants nearby. Several supermarkets and shops are in the vicinity and this makes shopping easier. The area has a vibrant nightlife evident from the many casinos and nightclubs.

The rooms are very clean, spacious and well maintained. The decor is very trendy and blends in well with the general theme of the hotel. The mattresses and pillows are quite comfortable. Majority of guests felt the showers roomy and had excellent water pressure.

A number of guests have complained about the hotel's wireless internet connection. Common concerns were the lack of a strong signal in certain areas of the premises and also the slow speeds experienced.

A few guests have complained about the air conditioning. Some thought the units were quite noisy and disturbed their sleep while others were very dissatisfied with the temperature controls, especially during the periods when the weather became unbearably hot.

A number of guests found the elevator to be extremely slow in ascending and descending. It was also rather cramped inside and could only handle a few people at a time, and this turned out to be problematic if multiple guests were waiting to be taken to their floors.
