The windowless rooms can get very spartan and dark without access to outside light. There is no view and the rooms can feel small.

This hotel is located on a busy street. So visitors noted that the street noise, the sound of tourists at restaurants and the beeping of the cars aren't conducive to a good night's sleep. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper and try to avoid getting a room that faces the front of the building.

Guests on the third floor said that Wi-Fi connection was non-existent. Others say that the Internet worked better when they were on the lower floors. The shaky connection made it difficult for business travellers to get their work done.
