Guests loved the warm, friendly atmosphere here, and in fact, many left feeling that they were indeed part of this tight-knit group of relatives. Staff were keen to offer help and assistance - and even a coffee or two - throughout the day and well into the night. This attitude really raised the profile of this property, making a very positive impression on guests.
