Guests can enjoy snorkeling, water skiing, rowing, and canoeing at the hotel's water facilities. One of the pools is heated and can be used all year round. A very picturesque resort overlooking the beach.
Although the Kempinski brand is widely associated with a superior level of customer service, many guests felt that customer service at this hotel went to a whole new level. Room service in particular is stellar and many guests conceded they had rarely been pampered that much when staying in other resorts.
The hotel serves a wide variety of delicious Mediterranean, Spanish, and international cuisine in its three restaurants. Guests can relax and enjoy their favorite drinks at the poolside bar.
A number of guests reported that the air conditioning in many public spaces was less-than-adequate leaving the air to get stuffy when there were many people hanging around. Other guests complained that there were too many kids around the pools which made it difficult to enjoy a plunge during hot afternoons.
