Hotel Palais Namaskar (Marrakech, Morocco)

The rooftop terrace was found to be the cherry on top, as most guests found it to be an ideal place to take in the view of the sunset in the desert. It was nice to enjoy a drink up there and relax.

The rooms and villas were found to be ideal for a peaceful and relaxing stay by most guests. They were amazed at the beautiful decorations and furnishings that were clean and cosy. The facilities were also modern and working properly.

The architecture and the design of the hotel were reminiscent of traditional Moroccan style buildings that left many guests amazed at the beauty. Many enjoyed walking through the public areas such as the open hallways and the gardens and taking it all in.

Some guests felt the price paid for the hotel was not worth the service and amenities available. The staff lacked an attention to detail that you would expect from a hotel at this rate, they struggled with breakfast and gave wrongful information.

The meals of the hotel were found to be expensive by some guests who were amazed at the high prices of the food. The quality was ok but not worth the high price.

Some guests had an odd stay due to a lack of communication from the staff members. They did not speak good English, they did not warn there was overbooking and that there was a movie shooting that changed the guest plans at the last minute.
