The staff at Presidential Suites will make you feel totally at home from the moment you arrive. The staff are professional and will assist you wherever they can. Restaurant staff are quick with service, and house-keeping will make sure not to wake you up too early.

If your main intention is to shop when you are on vacation, then you have come to the right location. Guests enjoy being able to walk to where they have to go, whether its shopping for those unique items you don't find at home, or looking up a great restaurant, its al within a short walk.

You don't have to worry about space at this hotel. The whole family will find enough space for themselves to spread out and relax. The rooms are airy and even provide plenty of storage for those empty suitcases.

Although the hotel is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, most guests complained about the really thick haze of cigarette smoke in the hallways and also stale smoke in the rooms. Some guests even chose to go elsewhere, and other brought some air-freshener with instead.

According to many visitors Presidential Suites is in dire need of some upgrading. There have been reports of mold in the bathrooms, tatty carpets along the passages, and outdated furniture and fittings in the rooms. Many guests are looking forward to a facelift soon.

Reports of bugs, left over clothes and half-finished toothpaste containers are some of the items guests have found left behind from previous travelers. There have even been items of food that have not been cleaned up. Regardless, most visitors spent their time outdoors enjoying the sights and sounds.
