If you are travelling on a budget and this is one of the cheaper places that come up in your search area for your travel dates it is worth a visit. Guests feel that it is a basic property with spacious rooms, you get what you pay for and this property offers good value for money.

If you stay for breakfast you are in for a treat as many guests have said it has surpassed their expectations. The food items are replenished regularly and the produce served is of a good standard.

One of the main draws of this hotel is its location; very close to the mall and perfect for guests wanting to shop to their heart’s content. The staff here are very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and extremely friendly, they are more than happy to give directions or recommendations of places to visit. There is also a restaurant next door which guests have highly recommended.

There is a swimming pool on-site however it is very small and therefore you are not really able to swim proper lengths in it.

Guests feel that the housekeeping service needs to be improved here. Complaints include a damp smell in the room, rooms not being refreshed for days on end and towels not being re-stocked. There have been a few reports of staff throughout the hotel seeming new and therefore not really knowing what they are doing.

This property is starting to feel very out-dated and therefore it is in need of a refurbishment. Carpets and curtains in particular are in dire need of replacing or at very least a deep clean.
