While guests did mention that the attractions in Vienna are quite spread out, they were very happy being near the centre of the city. It was reported that there was a U-Bahn station just steps away and that it was close to some of the city’s best shopping, bars and of course the famous cafes.

Despite being within walking distance of the centre, several guests remarked that the apartment was actually in a lovely quiet area. There really weren’t any complaints about street noise to speak of.
There are no staff members working at the building permanently and guests must arrange to get the keys from the hosts directly. While this process usually worked smoothly, a solid minority of guests experienced delays and other issues, which made for a frustrating start to their stay.
A number of guests mentioned that they felt the cleaning fee charged here was quite high. Especially those staying for just a couple of days mentioned that it really added to their accommodation costs, since the fee was the same irrespective if how long a guest stayed.
