This hotel features a beautiful courtyard area where you will be able to sit on the lawn and enjoy a picnic. There is also an outdoor pool where you can read a good book while catching a tan on one of the deck chairs.

During your stay at this hotel, you will feel well taken care of by the staff on-site. They are always willing to go out of their way to make your stay more pleasant. Their friendly attitudes gives this hotel a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

This hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from Okanagan Heritage Museum by car, while there is plenty to visit within walking distance such as shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Orchard Park Shopping Centre can be found only five minutes away by car and offers a range of stores for you to shop for hours.

Although the rooms are generally quite comfortable, the interior styling is in need of being updated. The decor has seen better days, while most of the furniture needs to be refurbished due to wear and tear. An update would give this hotel an overall better image and improve each guest's stay.

There have been plenty of issues regarding the comfort levels of the beds provided. This hotel needs to replace some of these beds, as an uncomfortable night's rest can result in an overall poor stay.

Although most guests enjoyed their stay at this hotel, there have been complaints about the noisy interiors. If you are sensitive to sounds while trying to get rest, you might not be able to sleep peacefully without a pair of earplugs.
