Everyone working at this place does their best to take care of you throughout your stay. All requests will be dealt with professionally, no matter how big or small. The staff are also a great source of knowledge for things to do in Wollongong.
Dirty corners and tatty carpets really let this place down, and more attention is needed in keeping this hotel clean and tidy. If you find the cleanliness in your room or ensuite bathroom is not up to scratch report it to reception straightaway.
Wollongong has some great hotels, but this place doesn't seem to recognise the competition on its doorstep. The room rates here are a little overpriced and you can probably do better for your money if you shop around a bit.
The years have not been kind to this place, and now it's starting to appear dated and behind the times. Some thorough renovation work would do this hotel the world of good.
