Hotel Boat Harbour (Wollongong, Australia)

Guests described the rooms as spacious and relaxing, the lay-out was simple yet effective, and the service from the hosts was on another level. Guests were warmly welcomed, and made to feel like they like they were friends instead of guests. Most visitors said they would definitly be back.

The building and the surrounding area is meticulous according to most travellers. The resort managers are always on hand to make sure everything is operating correctly, or to answer any questions and queries. Guests felt the accommodation was good value for money.

Many visitors were pleasantly surprised to find the villas accepted their four-legged friends. Rooms were set up ideally with easy access to the outdoors, and guests found that there were many restaurants close by that welcomed their pets too.

With only one hour per day of free Wi-Fi, most guests found themselves struggling for most of that precious one hour to get the password to work. Wi-Fi didn't work in most of the guest rooms either, but surprisingly it did work out in the car park.
