The hotel's modern guestrooms are comfortably furnished and adequately spaced. Guests travelling in a professional capacity will be pleased with the superbly equipped conference rooms.

Guests received an exceptional service staff from the minute they arrive. From checking in to checking out, the processes were efficiently handled. Moreover, requests and queries were handled in a professional manner. Nothing was of too much trouble to the staff.

Most guests were satisfied with the hotel's breakfast.  The food is fresh and with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. Guests appreciated the effort put into the spread that was served every morning. Furthermore, the idea of making your own burger at the restaurant was a nice touch.

The speeds can get very slow especially in the evening when the number of users increases. As a result guests opted to use the Wi-Fi late at night when the number of users decreased.

Guests found the lift to be rather slow in ascending and descending. It can get cramped inside when the hotel's personnel and guests are accessing the lift at the same time.

The thin walls of the apartments make it is possible to hear the goings on in the other rooms. Loud chats from neighbouring rooms and slamming of doors were among the common disturbances. Noisy air conditioning units can disrupt a good night's sleep.
