Guests often comment on the very short walk to U1 metro line, noting that all the delights of Vienna's historic city centre are only four U-Bahn stops away. The Prater is within walking distance, and the Messe is also nearby.

Several guests have reported that the air conditioning is centrally controlled and only runs in Spring and Summer; unfortunately, the staff seems to be unable to switch it on to accommodate above-seasonal temperatures in early May.
