The hotel uses the free airport shuttle which is highly reliable since it runs about every 23 minutes all day. Due to its proximity to a large airport, the hotel sports double-glazed windows which block off all noise.
The hotel has a wheelchair rooms with wide doors, shower seats perfectly designed for safety, and just about everything designed to the ideal height. The dining table in the room is even designed to run on wheels. No little detail has been overlooked.
The hotel rooms feature an elegant look in true Novotel style, and are quite spacious by Paris standards. Equipped with a fridge, coffee/tea makers, deep-soaking bathtubs, and a microwave, this easily feels like a perfect home away from home.
While most guests reported being impressed by the high standards in the rooms, a few guests have reported that the mattresses were too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.
Several guests who booked rooms in the hotel on short notice reported that they were able to get good rooms sometimes at discounted prices.
