Hotel Northbridge Apartments (Perth, Australia)

Easily accessible from the freeway, close to the railway station and within walking distance of Northbridge pubs, restaurants and entertainment venues, this hotel was perfectly located for most guests. Proximity to Domain Stadium, Elizabeth Marina and a major shopping centre was also a plus.

The staff was described as helpful, friendly and efficient and guests said they were made to feel at home from the moment they arrived. Staff recommendations on restaurants and places to see in the area was also appreciated.

With fully equipped kitchen, attractive lounge areas and comfortable sleeping quarters, these apartments fit the bill for guests looking for self-contained accommodations. They described the apartments as clean, comfortable and well maintained and appreciated the on-site parking. Complimentary access to a nearby gym was also a plus.

Guests reported various housekeeping and maintenance issues including cutlery and dishes that had not been sufficiently cleaned after previous guests, dishwashers not emptied and stained carpeting. Maintenance complaints concerned erratic hot water supply in the bathrooms and what was described as a dirty and uninviting appearance to the pool.

Guests in rooms facing the main street complained about late night noise, rowdy behaviour and police sirens.

Slow, small and cranky lifts were a source of complaint. The stairs, which guests found steep and difficult to manage with luggage, were not considered an acceptable alternative.
