Many guests were surprised with the excellent quality of the outdoor swimming pool! It was clean and well-maintained. Guests also have access to the pool the whole time since the management does not have a pool curfew.
The overall performance of the air-conditioning system was very satisfying! It worked really well during warm seasons which was very convenient and comfortable for guests especially families with kids.
Most guests were able to find bedbugs within the sheets while the quality of the mattresses was so poor, which seemed like an inexpensive type of material since they were sagging in the middle. The sheets were also stained while the bedding were not properly installed.
Aside from the poor quality of the curtains, which were falling off the rods and did not fit the actual size of the windows, guests were also displeased with the dirty carpets. The carpets were stained and filthy so guests had to wear slippers the whole time.
Guests were annoyed with the lack of a decent Internet on-site! They could not connect inside the rooms so they had to go outside just to find a signal. The access was extremely spotty the whole time and passwords were not given automatically so guests had to ask for it manually at the reception.
