The location of this motel near downtown Niagara Falls, Ontario, proved popular with most visitors, who appreciated being able to walk to the falls themselves about one mile away. By car, the Horseshoe Falls and connected attractions on the Canadian side were no more than five minutes' away. Furthermore, guests thought it was handy to have amenities like gas stations, convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Guests often liked the way this property felt more like a hotel than a motel due to its internal corridors, multiple floors and inviting indoor pool, although some felt the rooms were rather small. The rooms reportedly weren't luxurious but were generally in a good state of repair and more than adequately clean and comfortable for a shorter stay.
