The rooms are pretty spacious, meaning you won't feel at all cramped while staying here. The beds are comfy enough and there are kitchen utensils and cooking facilities on hand.

There is a serious lack of free Wi-Fi at Napoleon On Kent. If you want to spend time online then you have to pay for it. It isn't cheap yet, despite this, the connection can be pretty hopeless.
Many of the facilities here feel somewhat worn and a lot of the fixtures and fittings seem as though they have seen better days. The décor is quite tired, some of the crockery is chipped and a few of the towel rails are broken or missing. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week, so you may have to keep on using the same towels.
