Employees at the hotel are nice and speak English at a high level according to visitors who add that there are no communication issues. Not only is the staff friendly, but they do their best to make sure you have a good stay.

The nearest metro station is a five-minute walk from the property and from there you can travel to a number of places including the Vienna city centre and the airport. The hotel is also across from Prater Park where you will find an amusement park, a casino and Madame Tussauds Wein among other places of note.

The accommodations do not have a lot in the way of amenities according to several visitors who add that rooms do not feature coffee and tea making facilities, a refrigerator and a few other things you might hope to find.

A number of travellers claim that the in-room Wi-Fi doesn't work all that well because the connection can be weak and the Internet speeds are a little slow. Wi-Fi at the hotel is free and is also available in the common areas in addition to the rooms.

There is a breakfast service available at the property but a few guests explain that the meal doesn't necessarily offer much value. That is because the food quality is a bit of a let down and the breakfast area itself is cramped.
