Miscommunication from the beginning.

Guests state that the owner of this hotel doesn't speak any English so this made it very difficult to speak with them when they were checking in, when they had concerns and when they needed some advice on what to do nearby. However, the rest of the staff can speak some English.

Guests report that there wasn't any Wi-Fi Internet service when they were visiting. There wasn't any sign of a signal at any time of the day and some guests found this difficult when they wanted to reach out to friends and family back home or do business.
