The positive reviews of guests are focused on the property's convenient location. It is near famous restaurants which served authentic Italian food, and major establishments and transport systems such as Lepanto Metro Station. Moreover, guests especially love that the Vatican City can be reached within as short walking distance only.

Most guests were impressed with the high quality breakfast options served daily. It has wide selection of dishes. The breakfast includes typical Italian cuisine, pastries, croissants, and European variety of food such as cheese, ham, eggs, and yoghurt.

Aside from having great communication skills, previous guests were pleased with the staff's helpful assistance. They were more than willing to cater to their needs such as answering questions, providing their special requests, and giving out useful tips and directions so that the guests can enjoy visiting all major tourists attractions in Rome.

Guests were annoyed with the poor quality of cleanliness and poorly functional bathrooms. The bath tub or shower area was clogged most of the time. Moreover, the poor layout of the shower, which did not have proper barriers, was causing the water to rise and flood the whole bathroom floor area.

Aside from the small size of the rooms, guests are disappointed with the overall quality of the rooms which are pretty basic. The management did not provide enough amenities such as coffee and tea making facility and room was not elaborate in structure.

Due to the small size and structure of the property, noise coming from the hallway or corridors and loud conversations of other guests in the neighbouring rooms can be easily heard. Thus, guests are advised to wear earplugs for comfort.
