Fabulous staff

Most visitors found that all of their requests were met with a friendly smile and expertly carried out by the staff. If you need assistance with transport between the hotel and the airport, all you have to do is ask.

There is a grocery store within a five-minute walk for those guests who wish to prepare their own meals, and for those who enjoy dining out, there's an Italian restaurant and a pizza outlet just two blocks away.

Awesome location

Guests found they were located right in the middle of the action. There are several great tourist attractions within an easy walk like the Vatican, Colosseum and Piazza de Popolo. The River Tiber is also in the vicinity.

Internet service sadly lacking

Although the Wi-Fi is advertised as free of charge, most visitors found the signal strength to be very weak. If you do get logged on successfully, then you may just have to reconnect every five to ten minutes. Guests found this a little frustrating, and decided to use their own Internet cables to get their work done.

Tight squeeze

The rooms were found to be a little on the small side, especially for families. Guests felt a bit squashed up, and opted to spend most of their time exploring the beautiful city of Rome, and its many magnificent attractions.

The hotel temperature is centrally controlled by the front desk staff, and guests felt that for an up-market hotel, this was not acceptable. Most visitors would prefer to have control over the temperature in their own rooms.
