Staff on the reception desk are given a lot of prasie for being friendly, helpful and efficient. They are very knowledgeable and can recommend things to do and to see in the area.
The different facilities offered by the hotel are impressive. Particular mention is given to the 24-hour room service, the wide selection of television channels and the nice food available.
You may have to pay an additional charge for the indoor pool or to use the spa facilities. Previous guests felt that this didn’t represent good value for money and they weren’t made aware of it beforehand.
The hotel’s appearance is starting to look quite tired and rather dated. A refurbishment is in order or at the very least a good lick of paint.
