Business Hotel & Suites Maria Bonita (Ciudad Juarez, Mexico)

Based on the guest reviews, it seems the housekeeping department is doing a very good job indeed. Guests said that both their room and the public areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean on arrival, and tended to remain that way during the course of their stay.

Guests mentioned that they were very happy with the room rate they received. They reckoned that, considering the low room rate and decent facilities, they had received good value for money during their stay.

Guests really seemed to like the onsite buffet restaurant. The breakfast was said to be especially good, with a terrific spread of Mexican food available.

A number of guests mentioned that they had problems at check-in. One of the common issues was that they arrived later at night and the hotel had given their hotel rooms away. They were not clearly informed regarding the hotel’s policy in this regard. Also, several reported being given room types they had not booked, or even being moved to a sister hotel due to overbooking here.

Guests really didn’t seem to like the first impression of the hotel when first coming off the street. They described the area it is located in as a bit industrial, and not at all an attractive place to put a hotel.

A surprising number of guests mentioned having run-ins with the reception staff at the hotel. Many did not find them particularly welcoming when they first arrived, but what really seemed to bother guests was that the staff where uninterested in helping then when an issue that needed their attention arose.
