Guests loved hanging out by the pool at the hotel. Guest reviewers left comments describing the pool area as well maintained and clean, they also said that the water was filterd well and a pleasure to swim in.

Guests were happy with the price paid for the rooms at the hotel with many saying that in comparison to other hotels in the areas that this hotel was reasonably priced. The price would see many people become repeat visitors.

Guests liked that the hotel was close to the airport so that they could easy catch their onward flight. Guests also commented that the location of the hotel was handy to local shopping centres and popular restaurants and bars.

A number of guests were not happy to find a range of items broken or not working properly in their rooms. Guests complained about power outlets not working, TV's being broken and windows and doors that needed fixing.

GUests commented that they did not get a good nights sleep at the hotel because the beds were not very comfortable. GUests found the beds to be hard and lumpy and for some this was unacceptable.
