They are very welcoming, many are multilingual, they are quick to assist and to resolve issues that arise, they have no problem providing recommendations for things to see and do in the area and they are good with children.
The Hotel is Very Quiet
Guests reported that, due to excellent soundproofing in the rooms that includes double windows, it's very quiet all hours of the day and night. It's even been reported that the sound of trams passing nearby can't even be heard inside the rooms.

A well-presented, healthy, generous-sized and delicious breakfast is delivered to your room each morning for a fee and there is a wide range of items to choose from.
The Wi-Fi Service is Poor
Guests reported that although they paid a substantial amount of money for the Wi-Fi service at Una Maison Milano, the service was very slow and often times doesn't work at all.
Overbookings Seem to be Common Practice
Some guests reported that although they had booked a room at this hotel well in advance, upon arrival, they were told there was no room for them. This has resulted in guests waiting for a long period of time to be shuffled around to another property and the staff shows no remorse or empathy towards the inconvenience this causes.
Unkempt Rooms in Need of Some Work
Guests reported that there are some issues with the rooms including tattered furniture, uncomfortable beds, chipped pain on walls, a musty smell, showerheads that spray water all over the place, stained carpet and malfunctioning air conditioning.
