Both restaurants get lots of rave reviews, especially the breakfast at El Aqueducto. The buffet is the perfect way to start your day with lots of options. Outside of breakfast, guests thought both restaurants had an interesting menu, with a good variety of fresh-made, delicious dishes. The new chef, hired summer of 2015, has redesigned the menus well.
The hotel personnel are professional, personable and efficient, and the concierge service is top notch. If you have any requests or concerns, don't hesitate to ask, as the staff are quite accommodating. In addition, guests also appreciated the 24/7 security around the hotel and felt very safe, inside the hotel as well as out.
Though service is for the most part great, guests thought the hotel and the restaurants were understaffed. A few guests thought the check-in process took too long and also poorly organized. The restaurant service, too, was quite slow at times.
Guests though the pool was too limited in area for their liking and were disappointed due to lack of waiter service in the pool area. The fitness area also was a bit small, but it is well-equipped with the basic work out necessities.
