Nice Rooftop Terrace

The rooftop terrace where the city can be viewed was found to be a nice amenity. The panoramic views from the terrace and the sunshine made for a relaxing time. It was a nice area to relax and eat or take in the sun.

Beautiful Interior

Many guests truly enjoyed the interior decorations and the Moroccan-inspired feel and ambiance. There were plenty of places to read and relax and drink tea. The spaces were open-air and there was plenty of cool breeze coming through.

Good Location

The location was found to be ideal in a pretty location in the medina area. It was ideal to explore the city on foot since most attractions were close by. Marrakesh was a short walking distance from the hotel.

Poor Breakfast

Some guests found the breakfast to be poor and were not impressed with the presentation. The items were the same and only one pastry was different each morning. There should be more choice for breakfast.

The Wi-Fi was found to be poor and not working well by some guests who were trying to use it during their stay. They would have wished the Wi-Fi were working in the rooms.

Extra Charges

Some guests had the feeling of being ripped off in the hotel as there were charges for the simplest of services that do not correlate with the location. One guest was charged quite a bit for a small load of laundry, and the feeling of being charged more for being a tourist was felt.
