It was rare to read a review that did not praise the staff in some way, usually quite enthusiastically. They were described as very attentive, always making sure that their guests were well served with all they needed for a good stay at the hotel and visit to their incredible city.
Marrakech is well known as a very frantic and energetic city, which can often take a lot out of its visitors.
