The staff members at the guesthouse are easy to talk to according to most guests. There are accommodating and have welcoming attitude makes guests feel at ease. They possess a jovial nature at all times that creates a relaxed feeling.
Guests were pleased with the condition of the rooms. The exquisitely decorated rooms were large enough to comfortably accommodate a family. With elegant furniture and beds, everything goes well with the theme of the guesthouse.
Breakfast was served daily in a lovely room that has wonderful views of the mountains. The much loved Scottish spread was well prepared, laid out and delicious. There are plenty of options available to all guests even those on special diets.
Some guests who stayed at the building felt the rooms were quite expensive. They were of the opinion that the room rates were high versus what was offered in the room. A few felt they did not get value for their money.
A few guests raised concerns regarding the state of parking at the guesthouse. When the hotel is busy, the parking can get terrible as few spaces are available. You have to look for alternative parking in areas near the hotel.
Some guests found the hotel walls to be quite thin. Guests who had noisy neighbours were left upset as they were continually bothered by their loud laughs and conversations.
