According to many reviewers, the location on the Presqu'ile was perfect for strolling around Lyon's World Heritage Site city center. Pedestrian shopping streets were nearby and it was a two-minute walk to reach Place Bellecour from where public transport was easily accessed. If you're a motorist you might prefer to leave the car behind as this hotel's location made it easy for most reviewers to get around Lyon on foot and using public transport to get to more distant museums and cultural attractions.

Guests were generally positive about the level of customer service, describing staff as friendly and helpful.
