Travellers remarked that majority of the staff here is very friendly and offer a helpful attitude that they found to be quite appealing. They were also accommodating with offering information about the area.

Although not in the heart of town, that fact suited travellers just fine. It is close to other attractions such as concert hall and the aquarium. Plus, visitors remarked that public transportation isn't too far away so they were able to take the train or a taxi into town.

Visitors remarked that when it comes to cleanliness levels, this hotel does well. Everything appears to be in good working order and the rooms themselves are quite clean based on visitor remarks.

Visitors mentioned that in addition to a restaurant that isn't the speediest when replenishing the breakfast buffet, the taste is not always on mark. For instance, people mentioned that the scrambled eggs are far from the best. Others mentioned they went in search of off-site for food in the morning.

Guests remarked that the guestrooms aren't extremely large at this hotel. Furthermore, travellers remarked that the rooms themselves seem to be showing their age somewhat. In particular, visitors mentioned that the furniture and the carpets are looking a bit past their prime. Travellers added that, as a result, certain areas of the hotel have odd odour.

Guests who were travelling with vehicles mentioned that finding the parking area was difficult. According to their remarks, it simply lacks signs so finding it can be problematic.
