The guest house overlooks a busy road and those whose rooms were located at the front of the building said that they were often disturbed by traffic noise which prevented many from opening their windows.
Guests reported several plumbing issues including not being able to flush the WC properly which was also described as being very noisy. Quite a few struggled to adjust the appropriate temperature of the showers.
Some of the rooms have been described as being in need of modernisation as guests noticed stains on the walls, tatty carpets and old-fashioned pieces of furniture.
