A dreamy cottage with "The Bungalow" next door is surrounded by trees adjacent to the historic Water of Leith walkway which leads to the Pentland National Park and offers direct access to Edinburgh City Centre which is an eight mile walk/cycle through this leafy idyll. By fusing Karen's hospitality experience with Geoff's travel knowledge the JustB was designed to offer everything in a relaxing environment, allowing you to enjoy the stunning scenery with all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. ​To help make your stay more comfortable and relaxed at JustB guest house offers a range of additional services, including help with restaurant reservations, theatre tickets and other local attractions. We are currently rated 9.6 on Booking.com and 5/5 on TripAdvisor with guests especially enjoying our locally sourced breakfast produce and having their expectations surpassed during the course of their stay.
