The hotel offers a prime location in Marmaris with everything guests could ask for at their fingertips. From the hotel it is just over 100 metres to the beach, and there is an extensive selection of dining venues and bars in the area surrounding the establishment. Almost every reviewer highlights this feature as an ideal reason to choose this hotel.

There are mixed reports on the service at this hotel but the majority of reviewers agree that staff are kind and friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere that helped previous guests settle into the slower holiday pace.

Another of the highlights of this hotel is the seasonal outdoor pool area, which guests travelling in warmer months found very enjoyable and relaxing. The pool is complete with a deck full of sun chairs and a water slide for children.

A number of previous guests felt rather let down by the level of maintenance evident throughout the hotel, with several comments on worn furniture, minor plumbing issues and a general rundown feeling in parts of the establishment.

Several reviewers report arriving at the hotel only to find their room was not ready and they would have to wait, despite it being after the designated check-in time. These guests were extremely unhappy with such an arrival, and by extension the service they received.

The general feeling about the food served at the on-site restaurant is that it is less than satisfactory. Many previous guests found they did not like the food full stop, while others were disappointed in the repetitive nature of the breakfast or the lack of variety at dinner.
