The rooms are well presented and furnished in a simple, modern style. Most guests found the rooms to be of a good size, clean and comfortable. Despite being close to a main street the rooms are quiet and some also featured a small balcony overlooking the man street.
The staff have been described as friendly, courteous, helpful and welcoming. Most staff members speak English and are available to provide local information including advice about museums, transport around the city as well as restaurant recommendations. Guests also enjoyed the buffet breakfast which was served daily.
