This hotel's city centre location appealed to reviewers as it put them close to Lima metro station and Milan Central railway station for citywide and mainline train services. Moreover, buses and trams stopped nearby. Shopaholics loved being just steps from Corso Buenos Aires retail area and walking distance from the main fashion quarter filled with the latest looks from top designer brands. There was also a wide variety of bars, cafes and dining options in the vicinity.

Guests were upbeat about the comfortable and tidy rooms, often saying they were cleaned to a good standard. The reliable free Wi-Fi, cosy beds and pleasant views from selected rooms went down well with reviewers too.

The free continental breakfast was convenient and tasty, according to many diners. The Italian coffee hit the spot for caffeine connoisseurs, although there were several reports that the hotel ran out of certain food items during busy periods.

Noise from neighbouring corridors and rooms occasionally travelled too easily and caused a nuisance for some light sleepers.
