Motorists in particular welcomed the free on-site parking and easily accessible location of this hotel in a retail park off the A86. It also enabled uncomplicated access to the Palace of Versailles. Several guests felt there were limited public transport links in the vicinity. However, there were bus stops close by and the nearest RER station for trains to central Paris was a short drive away. Another bonus was that there was a shopping mall and dining options within easy walking distance.

Many visitors had praise for the pleasant, helpful and attentive members of staff. Moreover, the convenient and plentiful breakfast was reportedly reasonably-priced and offered a decent range of food.

Some diners noted that the dining room got a little cramped during the morning breakfast rush when the hotel was busy. In the rooms, critics sometimes struggled to adjust the temperature to their liking. Some critics also claimed the rooms were too compact, especially when fully occupied. Several travellers claimed they encountered cleanliness issues like inadequately washed linens and towels or build-ups of dust.

The frosted glass doors used in some of the en suite facilities posed occasional privacy issues for some guests sharing rooms.

Light sleepers occasionally reported that they could hear noises from adjacent rooms and corridors. There were also several reports of smoky odours in some parts of the property.
