This hotel has a gorgeous lobby with a beautiful koi fish pond. Guests say it's the perfect place to sit, relax, and let your cares fade away.

The staff at this hotel are pleasant and friendly. They provide excellent customer service, making each guest feel like they are truly welcome.

Rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished with plenty of room to move about. Showers are adequately relaxing.

Guests report that rooms are in need of a facelift. Water in the rooms takes a long time to heat up. Room lighting is dark, TVs are small, there are no microwaves, and bathroom tubs do not drain properly. This is not indicative of a four or five-star hotel.

Rooms that face I-10 can be quite noisy. If possible, request a room on the opposite side of the hotel. Walls seem a bit thin also, so if you have noisy neighbors you are sure to hear them as well.

This hotel charges an additional daily rate for Wi-Fi and the connection is extremely poor according to many guests. The only way to avoid this is to sign up for their free loyalty rewards program which includes Wi-Fi.
