Guests can also venture into the vibrant Downtown Houston area which boasts an exciting nightlife scene and a wide array of bars and restaurants. The hotel offers free transportation to these areas of Houston which will make guests' journeys to and from these places of interest all the more easy and relaxing.

The vast majority of guests were in agreement that the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, proving to be a highlight of their stay at this Hilton location. The staff create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make guests feel at home upon arrival; they strive to provide great customer service and help guests with any queries or requests they may have during their stay.

There are many amenities and conveniences provided during a stay at this hotel; guests can relax in the expansive swimming pool or enjoy their spacious rooms that come with a well-equipped kitchenette. The hotel also provides free shuttle bus transportation to the nearby Galleria area among other areas. Furthermore the rooms are spacious and fitted with modern technology to ensure that enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay.

Some guests were disappointed with the fact that they had to pay a charge for their car to be parked on-site.

While guests found the facilities to be fantastic, some guests felt that the décor was outdated and in need of renovation.
