The rooms were not soundproofed and therefore the noise that came from the corridors and outside was obvious. The noise coming from the housekeeping staff and the other guests was distracting to say the least.

The Wi-Fi was not working well at all in the rooms and guests were disappointed that for a four star hotel this was the case. They would have expected for there to be a speedier and more reliable connection to use during their stay.

The breakfast was found to be lacking and not that good by guests. It had too many sweets and not many bread options. Guests felt there could be more effort placed into what is offered at the breakfast table.
