Hotel Concorde (Buenos Aires City, Argentina)

The hotel is ideally located in the downtown area of Buenos Aires. Guests found the location convenient for visiting all the major sights, scheduling some retail therapy at the trendy shopping malls, and trying some of the mouth-watering Argentinean cuisine at the local restaurants and cafes. A tip from recent visitors: the Puerto Madero area is highly recommended for dining. In addition, the hotel is also convenient to the Bus Port and the Ferry Terminal. Guests found it no trouble to walk from there even with luggage.

You won’t have to look too far for breakfast. Guests say the buffet served at the hotel is akin to most local offerings. Though the breakfast overall is not impressive, especially when comparing to most western hotel buffets, the selection is pretty good, and the meal is both energising and filling.

The staff at the 24-hour reception is also always available and ready to assist with anything you might need. In addition, they are very accommodating towards early or late arrivals or departures.

The rooms and bathrooms are said to be quite small, and are limited in amenities. However, guests say despite the small space, the rooms are well laid-out and are very functional. While the rooms are kept clean and well maintained for the most part, guests think the facilities could use some updating.

Make sure to bring your earplugs, as the hotel is said to have thin walls. In addition to noisy neighbours, guests say traffic noise can also be a problem in the mornings.

The Wi-Fi is not the best, and the signal strength depends on your floor.
