Art lovers definitely shouldn’t miss the Prado Museum, Spain’s best. It is 30 minutes away on foot.
The central location was by far what guest most appreciated about Jemasaca. They mention that not only are there a lot of attractions and amenities in the area itself, but there are also metro stations just a very short walk away. So the whole of the city opened up for them.
Going by guest comments it seems that the rooms have been completely renovated and remodelled relatively recently. They liked that “new room smell”, and were happy that everything looked in great condition, rather than faded and chipped.
Several guests went out of their way to specifically mention that the tapas bars in the area were very good indeed. They said that they seemed very popular with friendly locals, rather than filled with other tourists.
This was mentioned a couple of times. It seems that there is no individual in-room control for the air conditioning. While guests were certainly happy that there was air conditioning, ideal room temperature is a notoriously personal matter. So, inevitably, there were guests who were not at all happy with the temperature selected by the hotel.
Though not mentioned all that often, some did point out that there is no lift in the building. Of course the consequences of this are that guest must be prepared for a bit of climbing, including with their suitcases.
A couple of guests mentioned that there didn't seem to be any sound insulation installed in their rooms. External noise wasn't mentioned much, but it seems that sound can travel through the walls between the rooms fairly easily, leading to disturbed sleep for some.
