The nearest metro stop, Gran Via, is just 140 yards away, from where you can travel throughout Madrid. The Madrid Palace is less than a mile from the Hotel Hostal Continental, while Madrid’s busy Atocha Station is 1.2 miles to the south. The Prado Museum, Spain’s most famous, is less than a mile away.
According to almost all guests, the location right on Madrid's famous Gran Via can't be beat. Not only are major tourist sights, like the Madrid Palace and the Prado Museum, well within walking distance, but the nearest metro stop is just steps away. Guests describe the location as incredibly convenient.

The Galaico is housed in a typical central Madrid building of the classical style, and guests are quite happy that it does not stick out like a sore thumb.
