Guests enjoy the guestrooms because of their size. They also mentioned that the linens are fresh and the beds are just right.

Visitors mentioned that the staff is not only helpful but friendly. If issues arose, they were quick to have someone see to it for the guests.

Since the breakfast is free, most guests didn't have an issue and felt that what was provided fell in the range of okay to delicious. There's a mix of both hot and cold item, so there's a little bit of something for everyone to enjoy.

Some guests mentioned that some areas of the hotel art as clean as they should be. Visitors cited issues like dirty carpets and walkways. Others mentioned issues with ants in their room, furniture that appeared stained and damaged and marks on the wall.

There didn't seem to be one prevailing issue within the hotel. Instead, there were lots of little ones. For instance, Wi-Fi can be very slow, the noise from the highway is disturbing and parking can be limited. Others mentioned a lack of light fixtures that make the rooms appear dim or that water flow is a very strong. Again, there doesn't seem to be one, huge consistent issue, just multiple smaller ones.
