The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of a number of New York's more renowned attractions and these places of interest include Times Square, Madison Square Garden and Grand Central. Other attractions such as Central Park, Fifth Avenue and a wide range of neighbourhoods such as Soho and Nolita are within walking distance of easily accessible by the numerous public transport links that are located in close proximity to the hotel. Guests will also not be short of dining and nightlife options and can chose from many cuisines that the numerous restaurants in the area nearby the hotel specialize in.

The rooms are comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. They are also decorated in a modern and clean style and are fitted with numerous amenities that will replicate the comforts of home. All suites come with a well-equipped kitchen that guests can use to self-cater. The beds provided are very comfortable and well-sized and the bathrooms are modern and clean as well.

The staff are extremely friendly and personable, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that guest feel welcome upon arrival. They will happily accommodate guests' requests or queries and are happy to provide information and recommendations about the city itself.

A number of guests were disappointed by the breakfast provided, finding the food on offer to be bland and lacking in choice however, many guests were very impressed with the breakfast and found it to be satisfying. The fact that it is complimentary as well was considered a positive.

The free Wi-Fi tends to be somewhat unreliable and is slow to use and many guests found this annoying.

While the rooms are comfortable and clean, many guests felt that they were on the small side however this appears to be the case with hotel's in big cities.
